These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are considered accepted in their entirety by the customer; they cannot be modified by contrary clauses appearing on any medium by order of our customers, unless there is a written agreement before any order acceptance.

Order

The order will include only the materials specified in the receiving agreement or delivery invoice confirming the order. Any modifications or additional supplies will be invoiced separately. Any modification or cancellation of the order by the customer will only be considered if received in writing by AKROVALIS SL before order preparation begins, and subject to prior written acceptance by AKROVALIS SL. Subsequent modifications may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer for their approval, and may cause a delay in the delivery of the order in question. No order will be considered final until we accept it.

Price

The price is the amount established by our current offers or rates, indicated on the website at the time of purchase, except in the case of error or omission. If any error or omission occurs, the customer will be informed immediately so they can exercise their right of withdrawal, if desired. Our prices on the website are inclusive of taxes for the national market (for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, tax exemption will apply when the shipping address is indicated, in accordance with Article 21 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax). Prices and information in catalogs, brochures, and price lists are indicative and subject to revision and modification. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only, with the calculation of the delivery period beginning from the latest of the following dates: order acknowledgment, receipt of supplementary information, and advance payment. Our shipping policy is based on free shipping for orders (postage paid) that meet the minimum order conditions.

• Domestic shipping (including Portugal and Andorra)

Delivery time to the Peninsula and Portugal is 24 to 48 working hours.

Delivery to Andorra, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla takes 3 to 4 business days. Delivery times to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are subject to customs procedures, and the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and duties.

• Shipping to Europe

The delivery time is 1 to 5 business days.

• Worldwide shipping

The delivery time for shipments to America, Africa, Asia and Oceania is 3 to 8 business days.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are subject to Akrovalis's discretion. Exchanges may be refused if the product has been used or tampered with, is deteriorated, damaged due to misuse, or damaged by any external cause. In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.

After-sales service

AKROVALIS SL guarantees after-sales service. Defective merchandise must be returned, along with the required proof of purchase, and after receiving confirmation from AKROVALIS SL, which may issue an authorization number. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Repair costs for items not covered by the warranty must be paid in advance.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For matters not expressly provided for in this contract, the parties shall be governed by the provisions of the Commercial Code, special laws, commercial customs, and, failing that, by the provisions of the Civil Code. Any controversy, difference, or claim arising from this Contract, including in particular its information, validity, enforceability, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, as well as any non-contractual claims that may arise, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
